After The Work.....Homemade Pizza & Games

Tuesday July 17th
We got up and had a long list of to do's to get done. I took the truck to wash and get a few groceries. Lesley made us a wonderful breakfast. Grandpa Bill and Grandma Bette came over and after they ate I put everyone to work. Everything in Marli's room needed to be moved. The t.v. from Marli's room needed to go in Jake's room. The t.v. from Jake's room needed to go down to Marli's new room. The storage room needed to be gutted out,sorted thru and organized. The crib was at the back of the storage room. Grandpa Bill took it upstairs for me. Lesley, my mom and I sorted baby stuff for hours. I can't thank everyone enough for all their help. I could have never gotten it down without all the extra hands. I appreciate all everyone has done to help me.





Jake was so excited to have Uncle Kyle play video games with him.

When Ryan got home from work he couldn't believe how much we got done. He made us homemade pizza. It was so yummy. Grandma Bette came over and ate with us. Papa Bill had to go to work. After dinner we played Farkel. It is the funnest dice game. Lesley bless her heart worked diligently on a project for me. She mentioned that the glider rocker could be re-upholstered so it would match the babies room. Well I jumped on that. Her and I took a truck load of baby girl stuff to Once upon a child and while they were pricing it we ran to the fabric store. We found the perfect fabric for the chair. Lesley worked all night and the next day to get it done for me. It turned out amazing. It looks so good in that room. It's really coming together nicely. Thank you Les!!! I love you and appreciate you so much! I would have never been able to do that chair. Your the best!

We had so much fun with Kyle and Lesley while they were here and can't wait to see them again soon.

Kyle And Lesley Come Home!!!!

After ten months Kyle and Lesley finally came home. They came up to I.F. Tuesday July 10th. They stayed for a week. We enjoyed having them here so much. We got used to them being here and when they left the kids and I were pretty sad:(






It was so funny that Wed. Jake had a T-ball game and his team didn't have enough players. They were going to have to forfeit. Then we came up with the plan of having some of the kids on the teams younger siblings fill in. It was hilarious. Marli was so excited. she waited all year for this opportunity. Marli's friend Lizzy got to play too.














Before the game Kyle took Marli over to the swings. When Marli found out she was going to play on Jakey's team she was elated. It was so fun to see her excitement.























Marli had dance and was so excited for Uncle Kyle and Lesley to see her in her dance outfit. Kyle and Lesley even went to her practice. It was really fun to have them come watch.

Backyard Fun

While I was at the doctor the kids played at Grandma Bette's. Uncle Kyle probally slept really good after the kids went home. Thanks to Lesley for capturing all this fun for me.

Target & Toys 'R' Us

Thursday July 12th
When I was at work Grandma Bette, Kyle, and Lesley took the kids to Target. I'm not sure if they got anything good,because I wasn't there. Lesley took pictures with her camera and as I'm going thru the pictures she put on my computer I found these.


I met everyone at Bajio for lunch. We went to Target after lunch. Jake recruited Uncle Kyle to help him pick out the best Transformer. I knew nothing about them. I remember Kyle and Brandon playing with Transformers when they were little.


After Toys 'R' Us we went to Once upon a child to see if they had anything good. Then I was off to my doctor appointment. I would meet up with the family at my mom's later.

Go Chuckars!!!

Monday July 16th we all went to the Chuckars game. My dad got tickets. Grandma Bette and Papa Bill took the kids early to get good seats. When I got off work I met them there.


The kids had a blast. It was Westmark night. Westmark credit union gave out pom poms and candy.


Lesley's younger sister Stacey lives in Provo with her husband Jake. She was up here visiting her in-laws. It worked out that she came to the game with us. It was so much fun having her here.







The game went into extra innings. At 11:00 p.m. I had had enough and was ready to leave. The kids and I left and Kyle and Lesley took stacey to her in-laws and met me at my house. We stayed up for awhile and then decided we would continue the party the next morning. Kyle and Lesley stayed over in Marli's new room downstairs. Marli hadn't gotten used to it yet. She would get up in the night and roam around the house not quite sure were she belonged. Sorry Kyle and Lesley that Marli would turn on the light in the middle of the night.
